A Study Of Man And The Way To Health By J.D. Buck

Publishing: 1914 by the Indo-American Book Co.

Condition: Very Good

This is a very scarce publication.

J.D. Buck was a Mason, Theosophist, and physician practicing for over 40 years. In this title he covers the entirety of the Esoteric doctrine of the human body and how to achieve optimal health.

Buck was a beloved of many of the great Occultists of our time such as Blavatsky. She refers to him in her title The Key To Theosophy, she mentions,  "No living theosophist has better expressed and understood the real essence of Theosophy than our honoured friend Dr. Buck.”

In the highly regarded Freemasonry forum titled The Builder, Joseph Fort Newton writes “Dr. Buck was an active and influential member of every Rite of our historic Order, holding the highest rank both in the esteem of his Brethren and in the gift of the fraternity --including the honorary Thirty-Third Degree of the Scottish Rite in its Northern Jurisdiction. Indeed, he was a recognized leader of a definite school of Masonic thought and propaganda; and while we have never been able to agree with all the conclusions of the school which he represented, we are none the less appreciative of its services to the Craft--knowing that Truth is larger than the formula of any one school or of all schools put together.”
